Dispatch times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods (September–December and bank holidays) dispatch can take up to 3 working days.
Some orders containing items from different ranges may arrive in separate parcels — you'll never pay extra for that.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can return your order within 14 days in line with our Refund Policy. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
