Cut Out Dragonfly Oil Burner

Dragonflies are cut right through the walls of this white ceramic oil burner, so the tealight flickers through their wings once it is lit. The ceramic is left unglazed for a soft, chalky look. It is made for diluted fragrance oil, and a wax melt works too, as long as you keep it small enough that the melted wax stays inside the dish.

Its pale, simple styling suits a bright windowsill or a bedside table, and it is a pretty choice for Mother's Day.

How to use

Place one standard tealight inside. Add water with a few drops of fragrance oil to the dish, or place a wax melt in the dry dish, then light the tealight. If you are using oil, top up the water before it runs dry.
