The Home smudging kit gathers three kinds of sage in one box, along with palo santo and a crystal. Inside are a 10cm black sage smudge stick, a 10cm blue sage smudge stick, an 11cm white sage stick, a 10cm raw selenite stick and palo santo. Using it

Hold a smudge stick or piece of palo santo at an angle, light the tip, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders. Rest it in a heat-resistant dish when you have finished and make sure it is fully out.

• Burn in a suitable holder on a heat-resistant surface, in a well-ventilated room.
