Energy Cleansing & Smudging Kit - Meditation

Two white sage smudge sticks, a selenite stick, palo santo and a bag of rose quartz chips make up the Meditation version of our Energy Cleansing & Smudging Kit. The sage sticks are 10cm and 15cm, the raw selenite stick is 10cm (4 inch), and there are 50g of rose quartz gemstone chips.

White sage is made from the silver-white leaves of Salvia apiana and has been used for centuries in the ceremonies of indigenous peoples of North America. Rose quartz is known as the 'Love Stone', a symbol of unconditional love, and many people keep selenite close for meditation.
