A pared-back smudging kit with just three pieces, small enough to pack. The Travel edition of the Energy Cleansing & Smudging Kit holds a 10cm white sage smudge stick, palo santo and a 10cm (4 inch) raw selenite stick.
Palo santo literally means holy wood. It comes from South American ceremonial tradition, and today plenty of people in Europe burn it simply for its fragrance. White sage, sometimes called Indian incense, grows on the coast of California.
In brief
- Palo santo, the 'holy wood'
- The smallest kit of the three
The specifics
Size: 20 x 10 x 3.5 cm

Weight: 192 g
Using it
Hold a smudge stick or piece of palo santo at an angle, light the tip, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so it smoulders. Rest it in a heat-resistant dish when you have finished and make sure it is fully out.
Safety
- Burn in a suitable holder on a heat-resistant surface, in a well-ventilated room.
- Never leave burning incense unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.
