Large Brass Tibetan Burner - Four Symbol Hanging Pot

This large brass hanging pot burner is handcrafted in India and decorated with four celestial creatures: the dragon, phoenix, tiger and tortoise. In Tibetan tradition these four symbols stand for the cardinal directions, the elements and four virtues.

Hung in a meditation room, study or entrance, it is a striking piece of cultural metalwork that looks good whether or not incense is burning.
