An incense butler is a lidded burner on a long handle, and this one is made from polished brass with a pentagram design. Stars and moons are cut out of the vented lid so the smoke flows through them, and it burns charcoal, resins or cones.
The wooden handle gives a safe grip and the wide base keeps it steady. Measuring 24cm with the handle, it is a neat piece for a sacred space or meditation corner and a gift for anyone fond of symbolic designs.

How to use
Light a charcoal tablet with tongs and let it settle into the container until it glows and turns grey at the edges, then sprinkle a little resin or loose incense on top.
Safety
- Charcoal tablets get extremely hot: light them with tongs, never by hand, and only in a heat-resistant container.
- Use in a well-ventilated room, on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
- Never leave burning charcoal or incense unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and anything flammable.
- Let the container and ash cool completely before touching or emptying it.
