White sage and lavender bound together in one large smudge stick. At 22.5 x 4 cm it is a generous bundle, made to be lit at the tip and left to smoulder. Burning sage before prayer or meditation is a long-held custom.
The lavender adds a floral note to the sage smoke. A bundle this size need not be burned in one go: put it out after use and relight it next time.

How to use
Light the tip of the bundle, let it catch for a few seconds, then gently blow out the flame so the leaves smoulder. Hold it over a heat-resistant bowl or dish to catch the ash, and press the tip firmly into the dish to put it out when you have finished.
