Tribal Soul Incense Sticks and Ceramic Holder - Energy Clearing

Smudging is a ceremonial practice in which sacred plants such as sage are burned, and this Tribal Soul set takes its name and theme from that tradition. It pairs a pack of spiritual incense sticks with a ceramic holder, so the sticks have a stand from the first light.

The maker suggests lighting a stick before you sit down to meditate, as part of settling into your practice. It suits an altar, a yoga corner or a meditation space.
