Wooden Birthday Numbers - No.5

Five candles on the cake, and a wooden number 5 beside it. This individual birthday number is a candle holder in its own right, handmade from albesia wood and finished with a white wash rubbed in by hand.

Once the party is over it works just as well as room decor, about 10cm high on a bedroom shelf or windowsill. The numbers are crafted by artisans in Indonesia, so expect slight variations that give each one its own character.
